1/2 teaspoon off baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of Ube extract

2 teaspoons of finely chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Non-latex gloves or sandwich bag

Recipe steps:

1.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2.) Mix and stir all the dry ingredients together

3.) Add the eggs and butter and begin to knead the dough.

4.) Add the ube extract slowly while knead. *Suggestion: to use non-latex glove or use a sandwich bag as glove to prevent hands from being stained.*

5.) Once the dough has the consistancy of sand, begin dividing and roll the dough into ping pong ball sizes. Then place on a greased baking sheet and lightly press down on the ping pong ball size puto seko.

6.) Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
